Kate Phillips, born May 21, 1989, is a British actress. She got her big break playin’ Jane Seymour in the miniseries Wolf Hall (2015). Later, she popped up in War & Peace (2016) as Lise Bolkonskaya, the first season of The Crown (2016), and the last three seasons of Peaks Blinders (2016–2022) as Linda Shelby, Arthur Shelby’s wife.
