Billie Paul Piper (born Leian Paul Piper, 22 September 1982) is a British actress and former singer. She first appeared as a performer in Scratchy & Co, aged 13. At the age of 15, Piper released her debut single “Because We Want To”, which made her the youngest artist to enter at number one on the UK Singles Chart.
