      Those are real, no one would pay to make their lips look like that. That's not a thing injections can do. Btw they look great...

         Well, Google says they didn't always look like that. I wasn't aware that lips changed that drastically without medical procedures. And no, they don't look good, it looks like she got stung by a bee in the middle of her upper lip. But, I guess if you like that whole anaphylaxis look, more power to ya!

   Those lips are disgustingly ugly, she should get them redone. If they're natural, she should have them fixed.
