The former reality TV star, Nadia Almada, who has lost an impressive six stone in weight, was spotted relaxing during her second trip to the island in a month.
Nadia strolled along the water’s edge and posed for selfies on the beach. She famously won Big Brother 20 years ago and was the show’s first ever transgender contestant. Nadia underwent gastric sleeve surgery in Turkey in March, dropping from 17st 6lb to 11st 8lb.
