She's the director, writer, and star, and her husband is the other star, so who told her she has to show her boobs?
I guess she just wanted to show off what quality plastic surgery looks like. She probably thought it would be a shame to have spent copious amounts of money on the reconstruction and then not show it off. If you've got it you may as well flaunt it. The film seems to be a vanity project, a vehicle for her to show off her new breasts. I for one don't mind seeing them, so good for her.
