Actually, this is all just speculation. There is no suggestion that she suffered a carotid dissection. Only that she had a thrombo-embolic event, and given her young age and social circles that she would be involved in, it would almost certainly be related to illicit substance abuse such as cocaine, which is linked to cerebrovascular accidents. But I'm sure if it was on TMZ that she fell, then it must be true. Fuckstick
